Function Room Hire
If you require a second smaller room, whether for a breakout space, wedding dressing area, or dinner party prep, please book both rooms together. We can offer a reduced fee for the second room, so once booked, reach out to us to arrange that special rate or discuss any setup needs.

Weddings & Special Events

Make your day extra special with our exclusive package which includes the use of the whole venue (minus The Studio). Whole-day hire gives you access to all rooms and facilities, including the kitchen, bar and table hire for the whole weekend.

Booking Terms

Deposits
A deposit of £250.00 is required for all whole day bookings. For all other bookings, the deposit will be equal to the total hire charge, with a minimum payment of £50.00.​
Balance: Full balance will be due 7 days before the event
​
Cancellation Fees: More than 1 months notice - no charge
More than 1 weeks notice - 50% of the hire charge
Less than 7 days - 100% of the hire charge

Elford Resident Discount
Residents of Elford are eligible for a reduced hire rate at Elford Village Hall. If you have an Elford postal address, please complete your booking as usual, and then contact us to apply the special resident rate. We’re proud to offer this discount as part of our commitment to supporting the local community.”​
