The spacious Main Hall is perfect for your wedding breakfast and evening celebrations. With a fully equipped kitchen and a licensed bar run by experienced providers, this will leave you to choose a catering service tailored to your own tastes. The adjoining Jubilee Room and gardens create ideal spaces for welcome drinks, buffets, or simply relaxing outdoors.

Elford Village Hall can cater for a variety of table layouts to suit your wedding style. A top table can be set up for the bride and groom and their wedding party and for your guests, we offer a selection of round tables, ideal for a sociable and elegant dining experience, as well as rectangular and square tables that can be used individually or combined for bespoke layouts.

Your Celebration, Your Style

With its bright, spacious interior and light, airy feel, the hall provides a wonderful blank canvas to bring your wedding theme to life — from classic elegance to rustic charm. You’re free to decorate the space with your choice of colours, flowers and personal finishing touches, creating a setting that feels uniquely yours. We can also provide chair covers and tablecloths to help complete the overall look and tie your décor together beautifully.

Catering & Bar

You're welcome to use your own caterers, or we can recommend trusted local suppliers.
If you require a cash bar service, we use Casey's mobile bars. If your guest numbers are 100+, there is usually no fee to hire the bar service.

Flexible Booking Options

Choose from full-day, evening-only, or weekend-long hire (perfect if you want to set up the day before or enjoy a relaxed clear-down the next morning).

Decoration & Styling Flexibility

The hall is a blank canvas ready to be transformed to suit any wedding theme, rustic, vintage, classic, or contemporary.
You're welcome to decorate the hall yourself, or work with one of our recommended event stylists.
We offer access the day before your wedding (subject to availability) for set-up and styling.

Entertainment Options

The stage is ideal for a live band, DJ, or wedding entertainment.
Our professional sound and lighting setup enhances the atmosphere and is perfect for dancing the night away.

Capacity & Layout

The hall can seat up to 127 guests and offers space for both a seated meal and a dance floor.
Flexible room hire options allow you to use just the Main Hall or combine it with the Jubilee Room, garden, or Shakespeare Room for additional guest space or private areas.
