They include everything you need to know to help your event run smoothly and to ensure your deposit is returned in full. Your safety is a shared responsibility. The Hall Committee has taken all reasonable precautions, but hirers must ensure safe behaviour from all guests.

Key Reminders

Familiarise yourself with fire exits & procedures (posted inside)

No smoking or smoke machines (including in porch) as this will activate the fire alarm

Children must be supervised outdoors and in upstairs Studio

Take care in kitchen (hot surfaces/slippery floors)

Use correct lifting methods for tables/chairs

Keep behaviour appropriate – drunken or unsafe behaviour is prohibited

Log all accidents in the kitchen's Accident Book

Do not allow guests to park on Victoria Meadow opposite the Hall as this is a private residential area.
